90 DAY RETURN POLICY
We stand behind every item we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the unused portion within 90 days of the date of purchase for a prompt credit (you must contact customer service BEFORE returning your product to obtain an RMA- Return Merchandize Authorization.)
If the product was received damaged, or items are missing from your shipment, please contact our office within three business days to arrange for replacement. Products must be returned in their original condition. We are not responsible for any product damage that occurs during return shipment, nor can we accept crushed, leaking, or soiled bottles. Omega-Direct does not pay for return shipping charges. If your order was eligible for free shipping with the original shipment, the amount of credit will be the total purchase price, less our actual shipping charges. In the event a replacement package is shipped and the original package is not returned, customer will be charged for the products kept and not returned.
All returned orders over $500 are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return postage is paid by customer.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you have placed an order, and wish to cancel the same, please immediately contact customer support. If your shipment has already left our warehouse, incurred shipping charges will be charged. If an order is cancelled due to non adherence to sales policies, refunds will be issued less a 5% transaction fee.
unclaimed / refused shipments
If your package is returned to our warehouse unclaimed, or refused, from the destination address, a refund may be issued for the original purchase amount less original (and any additional) shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. Returned products must be returned in their original condition.
CURRENT PROMOTION, omega-bucks, case lot details
5% Omega Bucks
All orders qualify for 5% Omega-Bucks applicable on your next order! On your packing receipt will you find your Omega-Bucks code. Simply enter the code on your next order to redeem your 5% Omega-Bucks (equal to 5% of your previous order's net product total, less shipping costs or actual cost of shipping if the order qualified for free shipping). Omega-Bucks can be used on any future order! Omega-Bucks credit towards any future order cannot exceed the total of that future order and has a maximum value of $50.00.
15% Off Retail and Free Shipping
All products sitewide are marked 15% off retail. No coupon codes or discount codes are required. All orders ship via ultra fast U.S. Mail 2nd Day Air. Orders over $49 qualify for FREE shipping! We do not charge California sales taxes saving California residents an average of 7.5% (sales tax collected on Utah orders only).
Case Lot Sale!
For convenience and savings, many of our customers choose to purchase 12 bottles at a time, taking advantage of our case lot sale. Order a case (12 bottles) of any product and receive 10% Omega-Bucks (see Omega-Bucks description above) and free 2nd day air shipping!

sales tax
Sales tax (6.5%) will only be added to orders delivered to destinations in the State of Utah.
shipping and delivery
All in stock orders will typically ship the next business day via USPS Priority Air Service (except weekends and holidays.) Because products are dependent on ingredients from Norway and around the world (to provide the freshest, highest quality supplements); though rare, we occasionally experience delays in receiving shipments. Please be assured that if the product you order is on back-order status, we will ship the same to you promptly upon arrival.
We are not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged packages unless due to our error. Please contact us to purchase insurance (if so desired) prior to placing an order. Please note that shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery times. We do not refund carrier fees or associated shipping costs due to carrier delays unless due to our error.
We Offer Two Shipping Methods:
1. U.S. Mail Priority 2-3 Day Air: $4.95 flat rate under $49 and FREE shipping over $49.
2. U.S. Mail Express 1-2 Day Air: Rates start at $19.95. Choose "U.S. Mail Express" in the shopping cart to receive an exact Express shipping quote. Express packages are guaranteed to arrive in 1-2 business days.
International Shipping:
We offer discounted, expedited international shipping via the U.S. Postal Service. Please click on the "International Shipping" tab below for more information on international shipping options. Please note free shipping applies to U.S. destinations only.

All orders with International delivery destinations are subject to shipping surcharges. International orders are shipped via U.S. Mail Express or U.S. Mail Priority shipping. To receive an exact shipping quote please contact us or add the items to your cart for an exact shipping quote.
Please Note: Because of the heavy weight and potential damage of liquid bottles, we do not ship these products to International destinations.
Omega Direct is NOT responsible for any duties, customs, taxes, or other levies that may be imposed by the government of the delivery destination. If you are not familiar with your country's package-receipt conditions, we recommend contacting your local mail authority to inquire about potential charges BEFORE placing your order.
Omega Direct is NOT responsible for shipments that are held at customs, lost, misplaced or otherwise non-deliverable. If you are concerned about delivery to your International destination, we recommend contacting us regarding the purchase of insurance and signature guarantee for your shipment before placing your order online.
